FE Scored BIG with the Lockhart Stadium Commission which provided our team with another

opportunity to build a direct communication line with the City of Fort Lauderdale’s City Manager’s

office and the senior building officials as we led the project’s site plan entitlement process and

provided civil engineering design services.

The firm was pleased to be a part of this P3 project between the City of Fort Lauderdale, Inter Miami CF

and soccer legend, David Beckham. The fast-track project moved from design through construction in

an 11 month schedule start to finish. Lockhart Stadium was transformed into an iconic soccer stadium

and training complex. Owned by the City of Fort Lauderdale, the 64-acre property was rehabilitated

to a sleek new stadium and state-of-the-art training facility. The project started in April 2019 and was

completed in March 2020 ready for play.
