Established in 1938, the Lauderdale Yacht Club has embarked upon a major building program. Following a series of renovation and expansion projects since its beginning, the club has embarked on the replacement of its existing facilities. FE is pleased to be part of the project working with Glidden Spina Architects in the new design of a new 40,000 SF, two-story clubhouse. A nod to the club’s rich history will be achieved through its interior design element. Project scope relevant to Flynn Engineering are plans for a new parking lot, raised approx. 2 ½ feet to accommodate current drainage standards and future water table considerations.
