FE was selected as the Town Engineer in 2014 and is responsible for all of LBTS engineering challenges including serving as the Town’s Certified Floodplain Manager. The firm is also charged with:

• Review of site plan applications and building permits,
• Meeting with the public on engineering issues
• Preparation of Capital Improvement Budgets
• Attendance at Town Commission meetings as required
• Review of Right of Way permits
• Oversight of in-house construction projects and
• Managing the Town’s GIS database.
