The redevelopment of the 17^thStreet Causeway district includes a number of high profile projects including this 394 unit apartment complex located on the former Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale site. FE provided site engineering services for the project which in addition to the residential component includes commercial retail and restaurant space and 15 boat slips.
