Westside Medical Arts Complex
Plantation, Florida

A two phase project in the City of Plantation containing a 47,000 square foot 3-story medical office building and a second phase a 1,400 square foot 1-story cancer treatment center. 

Flynn Engineering provided site planning, site plan processing, and site engineering services.  The project involved the coordination of adjacent medical facilities on the campus for access, parking, and utility issues. 

The second phase of the project included the vacation of NW 3^rd Street, a City of Plantation right-of-way which was incorporated into the surrounding parking lot to create a “Hospital Campus” atmosphere.
