This Walgreens located at the intersection of State Road  #84 and SE 4^th Ave. opened in 2000.  The design for this store began in 1997 and involved the demolition of numerous existing commercial structures, re-routing utilities and easements,  and preparation of the site for construction.

Flynn Engineering has worked on 29 Walgreens sites, providing site plans for many and construction documents for six. Providing the developer with exceptional design and cost effective solutions has earned these repeat commissions for Walgreens sites throughout the tri-county area.

Design emphasis is clearly on vehicular and pedestrian accessibility,  safety, and strict compliance to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Flynn Engineering has proven its ability to design effective site plans that are functional for the Owner and comply with the jurisdictional requirements.
