Park of Commerce (MPC) is located in the rapidly growing area
of Southwest Broward County and is owned by Sunbeam Development.
Flynn Engineering began our relationship with Sunbeam in January
of 1998 with MPC#14, an 18.5 acre site developed into 125,125
square feet of warehouse/office space split into two buildings.
Since then, we have furthered our relationship with both Sunbeam
Development and with the City of Miramar into eleven other projects:
MPC#15, MPC#16, MPC#17, MPC#18, MPC#19, MPC#20, MPC#21, MPC#22,
Premier Beverage, Premier Parkway, & Coaster Furniture.
