Lotspeich Office Building

This commercial building  involved the construction of a 2-story 40,000 SF facility which houses office and storage space for one of the premier interior contractors in South Florida.  

Design of the site began in 1996, and the building was constructed shortly thereafter.  Flynn Engineering was  involved with all site work including horizontal control, paving, grading and drainage as well as all water and sewer design. 

Permits were secured with all local agencies including the City of Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County DNRP, Broward County Health Department, and SFWMD.  The Architect was Anderson Architecture.
