Floranada Elementary School
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Flynn Engineering teamed with the County's premier design-builders, Zyscovich Inc. (Architect) and James B. Pirtle Construction Company to produce this School.

This project was multiphased and the new school was delivered months in advance of the schedule and under budget.

An important feature of Floranada was that the new school was built while students attended class in the original building next door, with no disruption in school days.  Once the new building was complete, the students and faculty simply walked next door to occupy the new facilty.
