Boca Raton Resort & Club is one of the premier resort hotels in the state of Florida. 

The re-design of this upscale 160-acre resort was a multi-phased project that began during the summer of 1995. 

Flynn Engineering's involvement in the first phase included design and permitting of the new tennis club house with elevated tennis deck (18 tennis courts with 700-car parking below), the relocation of the main entrance and gate house, and pedestrian walkways. 

Phase II included a new 180,000 square foot conference center and a $6 million renovation of the existing golf course.

The addition of the Mizner-style conference center as well as associated site improvements have kept the hotel's occupancy rate above 95% on a year-round basis.

The course was designed by Couples/Bates Golf Course Architects and is one of the premier courses in Palm Beach County. 

Phase III - A new 140 room "Marina Wing" addition to the Hotel, infrastructure upgrades & waterfront enhancements. The building broke ground early in 2001.
